Manitoba's only all-girls lacrosse club
The Herd's Girls Field Lacrosse Fall Ball League is Coming Back
Registration is coming soon for the 2025 Fall Ball season.
Weekly sessions will include 1 hour of practice/skill development, followed by a league game.
The only required equipment for girls' field lacrosse:
- Women's field lacrosse stick
- Goggles
- Mouth guard
- Cleats
All games are played at Sturgeon Heights Community Centre, 210 Rita St.
Pumpkin Shootout
At the end of the program this year there is the opportunity to attend a tournament in Blaine, Minnesota called The Great Pumpkin Shootout.
Manitoba has a long history of sending teams to this tournament on the boys' side since its inception, and lsent two girl's teams in 2024.
Through The Herd, Manitoba will send girls teams in any division where there is interest (no senior women's division).
Note that there will be an additional fee for athletes taking part in this trip, along with travel/accommodation at your own expense.
