Strategic Priorities
The Manitoba Lacrosse Association has identified five key strategic priorities for 2019-2024.
| First Strategic Priority |
| Increase participation of grassroots athletes by supplying a product that is geared toward the development of skills for the younger age groups while ensuring that all athletes are having fun. |
| Second Strategic Priority |
| Increase participation and membership across all regions of the province. |
| Third Strategic Priority |
| Provide adequate opportunities for high-performance athletes to strive for success nationally and internationally. |
| Fourth Strategic Priority |
| Technical Leadership: Improve the lacrosse experience by developing the knowledge of all influential parties in the sport. This includes players, coaches, officials, and parents. |
| Fifth Strategic Priority |
| Increase the membership retention rate from year-to-year. |
