Fall Ball season is coming and the teams need coaches.
Give back to the game and volunteer as a coach.

The majority of games will be played on Sundays, with Thursdays being used to cover long weekends.
Registration will be done centrally, with teams being formed primarily based on area and home club.
The program will start the week after Labour day and finish October 22nd.
U11 will play a co-ed Sixes version of mini-lacrosse. These 1-hour sessions will consist of half skills and half games. Athletes will be sorted into teams weekly.
There is no contact in this game format.
Required equipment: Stick, gloves, helmet, mouth guard, cleats or runners.
Optional: Arm guards.
Goalies may be introduced.
These sessions will only be on Sundays.
U13 will play co-ed Sixes. These sessions will consist of 1-hour of skill development, followed by a Sixes game for each team.
Men's Sixes rules will be followed.
Required equipment: Stick, gloves, shoulder pads, helmet, mouth guard, jock, cleats or runners.
Recommended: Arm guards.
Additional goalie equipment: Field chest protector, throat guard.
U15 and U19 Girls will play Women's Sixes. These sessions will consist of 1-hour of skill development, followed by a Sixes game for each team.
Women's Sixes rules will be followed.
Required equipment: Women's Field Lacrosse stick, goggles, mouth guard, cleats or runners.

Stats/Standings will be tracked and certain games will be filmed.
U15 and U19 Boys will play full Men's Field Lacrosse, should numbers allow. If numbers are low, this division will play Men's Sixes.
These sessions will be full games. Teams will practice on their own schedules.
